An unexpectedly hard shot by Oskar Bruse in the 15th minute of play forced Annerstad's goalkeeper Charles Dahlbom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Michel Kruuse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edvin Helström having to interfere. When Jimmie Jakobsson fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kårböle IFK's protests and gave Jimmie Jakobsson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 34th match minute, Kårböle IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jimmie Jakobsson to maneuver through the defense. Kårböle IFK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 37th minute, when Marcus Duset scored to the left of an out of position Edvin Helström, making the score, 2-2. Kårböle IFK's Oskar Bruse got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcus Duset blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edvin Helström having to make a save. Edvin Helström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcus Duset, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcus Duset to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Marcus Duset notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Kårböle IFK's Edvin Helström. Edvin Helström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Edvin Helström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Max Häll in the 59th minute of the match. When Magnus Willig fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Annerstad's protests and gave Magnus Willig a yellow card for diving instead. After a defensive mix-up in Kårböle IFK's zone, Michel Kruuse stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edvin Helström came out of the goal and Michel Kruuse tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edvin Helström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcus Duset, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Kårböle IFK booed when Annerstad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Magnus Willig didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcus Duset in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edvin Helström saved Kårböle IFK from getting behind. Edvin Helström didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Annerstad's Michel Kruuse shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 4-2 in the ordered_time% minute. 79 minutes into the game, Annerstad's Marcus Duset nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edvin Helström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. Charles Dahlbom came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Kårböle IFK's Oskar Bruse. But to his dismay, Oskar Bruse quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-3. Annerstad's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
