One of Torhamn:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Edenryds IF:s goal. Jan-Erik Broberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Albin Hökqvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jan-Erik Broberg ran back to his position shaking his head. 14 minutes into the match, Ingemar Igelström notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Torhamn's Albin Hökqvist. Albin Hökqvist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kent Billing received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Eddie Arhenius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Olov Bäck hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 66th minute, Roy Vennerlund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Kent Billing had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Edenryds IF's goalkeeper Eddie Arhenius, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ingemar Igelström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Torhamn's Patrick Forsman suffered a sore thigh after 81 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stefan Kaxe during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the match had been going on for 84 minutes, Torhamn's Göran Stabbe got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. A collision led to Edenryds IF getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Bengt-Åke Ånger hit a great ball. Kent Billing struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Eddie Arhenius didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Torhamn. 99 minutes into the match, Kent Billing notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Edenryds IF's Eddie Arhenius. Eddie Arhenius was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Torhamn eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
