Spectators: 7392 (Terracing: 5546, Seating: 1699, VIP seats: 147) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bo-Erik Kilström started the match with the kick off. After having played for 3 minutes, Bo-Erik Kilström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vera FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bo-Erik Kilström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jim Olofsson kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Bo-Erik Kilström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vera FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bo-Erik Kilström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Albin Hökqvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With an all-out effort, Vera FC's Albin Hökqvist threw himself towards the right post 7 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bo-Erik Kilström, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Torhamn's Albin Hökqvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Torhamn from getting a goal against them. Nils Göransson hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 13th minute Bo-Erik Kilström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albin Hökqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nils Göransson in the 19th minute of play forced Vera FC's goalkeeper Philip Forss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Torhamn booed when Vera FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michel Åhlberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Philip Forss made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kent Billing in the 23rd minute of play. Albin Hökqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Åke Västlund in the 29th minute of play. Philip Forss showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patrick Forsman in the 33rd minute of the match. Bo-Erik Kilström struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Albin Hökqvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vera FC. Simon Blom charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Simon Blom the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 35 played minutes Torhamn got a freekick which was hit by Simon Blom. After having played for 39 minutes, Bo-Erik Kilström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vera FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bo-Erik Kilström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jörgen Harlén could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Albin Hökqvist made a huge save. In the 44th match minute, Torhamn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jim Olofsson to maneuver through the defense.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Patrick Forsman to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Jörgen Harlén made a precise shot to the right of Albin Hökqvist. Torhamn's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 57thth minute of the game Jörgen Harlén who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Torhamn's Albin Hökqvist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Albin Hökqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jörgen Harlén in the 59th minute of play. Vera FC were awarded a corner in the 60th minute after Torhamn's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Åke Västlund took the corner. The supporters of Vera FC booed when Torhamn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kent Billing didn't get a good kick on the ball. Albin Hökqvist came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Vera FC's Jörgen Harlén. But to his dismay, Jörgen Harlén quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Bo-Erik Kilström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some careless play in the Torhamn defense, Åke Västlund kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Albin Hökqvist. The Torhamn fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Albin Hökqvist should have stopped the shot. In the 75th match minute, Torhamn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nils Göransson to maneuver through the defense. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Torhamn's goalkeeper Albin Hökqvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 81 minutes, Bo-Erik Kilström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vera FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bo-Erik Kilström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bo-Erik Kilström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Albin Hökqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The tension between the Torhamn and the Vera FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 90th minute, Jim Olofsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee ended the match the Vera FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
