Gustav Vallengren went to the wrong direction when Arvid Påk was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Eric Klintæus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Sverker Dahlberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gustav Vallengren. That made the score 1-0 in the 22 minute of play. The supporters of Månkarbo IF booed when Antons Boyz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Magnus Lund didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Eric Klintæus's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Simon Sjöström was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. In the 33rd minute Sverker Dahlberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustav Vallengren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Månkarbo IF reached it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pontus Koch to strike the kick off in the second half. Alex Lennartsson charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Gustav Vallengren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kurt Sillén in the 76th minute of the match. Månkarbo IF's Gustav Vallengren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sverker Dahlberg in the 77th minute of play. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. A collision led to Månkarbo IF getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Erland Billström hit a great ball. After having played for 94 minutes, Sverker Dahlberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Antons Boyz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sverker Dahlberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
