With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rasmus Dahlkvist in the 2nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gunnar Östlund saved Saxdalen FK from getting behind. 5 minutes into the match, Saxdalen FK's goal looked a bit too open when Rasmus Dahlkvist came free, but Gunnar Östlund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Romakloster's Mattias Grönberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oskar Stabbe in the 10th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oskar Stabbe in the 11th minute of play forced Romakloster's goalkeeper Mattias Grönberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Calle Vallmark charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Calle Vallmark the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 14 minutes into the match, Saxdalen FK's goal looked a bit too open when Rasmus Dahlkvist came free, but Gunnar Östlund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elias Bäck might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gunnar Östlund. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elias Bäck ran back to his position shaking his head. Victor Ekerot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oskar Stabbe blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mattias Grönberg having to make a save. In the 25th minute, Victor Ekerot got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Saxdalen FK booed when Romakloster was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melker Mårtensson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 34th minute, Rasmus Dahlkvist reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gunnar Östlund. The goal made the score 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Saxdalen FK's zone, Rasmus Dahlkvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gunnar Östlund came out of the goal and Rasmus Dahlkvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rasmus Dahlkvist might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gunnar Östlund. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rasmus Dahlkvist ran back to his position shaking his head. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

After 51 played minutes Romakloster got a freekick which was hit by Sivert Asklöv. In the 55th play minute Oskar Stabbe came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Mattias Grönberg. 1-1. Elias Bäck struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Gunnar Östlund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Romakloster. Bengt-Rune Sander shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Gunnar Östlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elias Bäck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Elias Bäck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oskar Stabbe blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mattias Grönberg having to make a save. Oskar Stabbe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Mattias Grönberg made a huge save. Elias Bäck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 78 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Romakloster's Rasmus Dahlkvist fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. In the 83rd minute Rasmus Dahlkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gunnar Östlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karl-Magnus Gunnarsson kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Saxdalen FK's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
