Spectators: 7196 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1686, VIP seats: 10) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when August Karlsson got the match started through his kick off. Wilhelm Stålberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from August Karlsson in the 5th minute of play. Kristoffer Hedling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Wilhelm Stålberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kristoffer Hedlings short, quick shot in the 9thth minute got Wilhelm Stålberg to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Adam Holmgren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Granbergsdal's supporters rose to their feet, but Adam Holmgren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ingemar Strandberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wilhelm Stålberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from August Karlsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute, Robin Kellman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Granbergsdal's Henric Hjortsberg got a free kick in the 25th minute. Sebastian Hjeltman was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 25th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Adam Holmgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Ingemar Strandberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jens-Åke Olsson hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Ingemar Strandberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven-Åke Nässén, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute, Sven-Åke Nässén left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Granbergsdal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Åke Nässén in the 56th minute of play forced Skagersvik's goalkeeper Ingemar Strandberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Kristoffer Hedling had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sven-Åke Nässén struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Ingemar Strandberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Granbergsdal. In the 69th minute Sven-Åke Nässén shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingemar Strandberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sven-Åke Nässén in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ingemar Strandberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Skagersvik's Kristoffer Hedling got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 82 minutes into the match, Skagersvik's goalkeeper Ingemar Strandberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adam Holmgren. Kristoffer Hedling recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Skagersvik's zone, Adam Holmgren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ingemar Strandberg came out of the goal and Adam Holmgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Skagersvik's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
