Spectators: 7055 (Terracing: 5430, Seating: 1575, VIP seats: 50) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gottfrid Fransson started the match with the kick off. Karl-Axel Fribäck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 2nd minute. Erik Hansson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Överlida BK's Erik Hansson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gottfrid Fransson in the 6th minute of play. Karl-Axel Fribäck took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Erik Hansson. Erik Hansson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. When Gottfrid Fransson came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the IFK Lundby fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gottfrid Fransson couldn't finish the play. In the 16th minute, IFK Lundby's Gottfrid Fransson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Erik Hansson. Erik Hansson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. If Gottfrid Fransson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute of the match, Gottfrid Fransson tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Erik Hansson saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When Sebastian Eriksson fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Överlida BK's protests and gave Sebastian Eriksson a yellow card for diving instead. Sebastian Eriksson kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. If Karl-Axel Fribäck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastian Eriksson struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Georg Bank didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Överlida BK. Sebastian Eriksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Georg Bank having to interfere. Pelle Jansson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erik Hansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leo Johansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

If Sebastian Eriksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastian Eriksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 57thth minute of the game Sebastian Eriksson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but IFK Lundby's Georg Bank was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in IFK Lundby's zone, Sebastian Eriksson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Georg Bank came out of the goal and Sebastian Eriksson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gottfrid Fransson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Gottfrid Fransson sped through Överlida BK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Erik Hansson. Gottfrid Fransson struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Erik Hansson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for IFK Lundby. If Gottfrid Fransson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastian Eriksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sebastian Eriksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Georg Bank having to interfere. Pelle Jansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Georg Bank tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Georg Bank took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pelle Jansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Överlida BK's Sebastian Eriksson got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 93rd minute, Karl-Axel Fribäck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gottfrid Fransson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. IFK Lundby were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Överlida BK for a fine match.
