Spectators: 6672 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1672, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Viggo Haström made the kick off which started today's match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Verner Martinsson in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benjamin Kullgren saved Sandhamn BK from getting behind. After having played for 19 minutes, George Wallman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Östhammar's supporters crossed their fingers, but George Wallman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gottfrid Vesterberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by George Löfgren in the 23rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Verner Martinsson in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benjamin Kullgren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 25 minutes into the match, Östhammar's goalkeeper Gottfrid Vesterberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Johnny Sjöö. If Viggo Haström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th minute, Sandhamn BK's Måns Lindström ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gottfrid Vesterberg. Gottfrid Vesterberg yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 32 minutes into the match, Sandhamn BK's goal looked a bit too open when Verner Martinsson came free, but Benjamin Kullgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Östhammar's goal looked a bit too open when Johnny Sjöö came free, but Gottfrid Vesterberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Verner Martinsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benjamin Kullgren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Benjamin Kullgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Verner Martinsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Sandhamn BK's goalkeeper Benjamin Kullgren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Viggo Haström came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Sandhamn BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Viggo Haström couldn't finish the play. 60 minutes into the game, Emil Jespersson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Östhammar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sandhamn BK the free kick. A collision led to Östhammar getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Emil Jespersson hit a great ball. Gottfrid Vesterberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johnny Sjöö in the 63rd minute of play. Gottfrid Vesterberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Måns Lindström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Filip Bäckman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gottfrid Vesterberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Måns Lindström in the 73rd minute of the match. 80 minutes into the match, Sandhamn BK's goal looked a bit too open when Filip Bäckman came free, but Benjamin Kullgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Verner Martinsson in the 82ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Verner Martinsson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 93rdth minute, Benjamin Kullgren skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. George Wallman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 97th minute, Johnny Sjöö left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sandhamn BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. The Sandhamn BK support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
