Spectators: 7372 (Terracing: 5530, Seating: 1695, VIP seats: 147) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hannes Liljeström got the match started through his kick off. When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Bertil Sävström took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Vilgot Göransson to make any attempt to save it. Aaron Kvarnström scored 1-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edmund Igelström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With his leg Vilgot Göransson managed to avoid a goal in the 12thth minute, when Långviksmon's Hannes Liljeström fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Hannes Liljeström in the 13thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Vilgot Göransson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Vilgot Göransson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hannes Liljeström in the 15th minute. Hannes Liljeström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Vilgot Göransson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aaron Kvarnström during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Örbyhus's Aaron Kvarnström got a free kick in the 20th minute. After some careless play in the Långviksmon defense, Joar Flinck kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edmund Igelström. The Långviksmon fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edmund Igelström should have stopped the shot. Edmund Igelström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aaron Kvarnström in the 29th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manfred Boberg in the 32nd minute of play forced Långviksmon's goalkeeper Edmund Igelström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edmund Igelström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manfred Boberg in the 33rd minute of play. A collision led to Örbyhus getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Manfred Boberg hit a great ball. In the 36th minute, Bertil Sävström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Örbyhus's Vilgot Göransson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Örbyhus from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manfred Boberg in the 42nd minute of play forced Långviksmon's goalkeeper Edmund Igelström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Långviksmon getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Inge Hallgren hit a great ball. Edmund Igelström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manfred Boberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Georg Käller fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Långviksmon's protests and gave Georg Käller a yellow card for diving instead. Georg Käller kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Aaron Kvarnström made the kick off in the second half. When Manfred Boberg came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Örbyhus fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manfred Boberg couldn't finish the play. Edmund Igelström acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 55th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Kurt Sefastsson. Örbyhus's Vilgot Göransson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hannes Liljeström in the 60th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Osvald Andreasson during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 61 played minutes Örbyhus got a freekick which was hit by Osvald Andreasson. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hannes Liljeström in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vilgot Göransson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Inge Hallgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Vilgot Göransson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hannes Liljeström took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vilgot Göransson. Vilgot Göransson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. In the 70th match minute, Örbyhus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brian Lidman to maneuver through the defense. After 73 minutes, Hannes Liljeström made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. Örbyhus's Vilgot Göransson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 77 minutes into the match, Örbyhus's goal looked a bit too open when Henrik Wall came free, but Vilgot Göransson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bertil Sävström might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vilgot Göransson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bertil Sävström ran back to his position shaking his head. When Wilhelm Svensson fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Örbyhus's protests and gave Wilhelm Svensson a yellow card for diving instead. Patrick Gabrielsson kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. In the 90th minute, Bertil Sävström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Långviksmon fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. After 93 played minutes Örbyhus got a freekick which was hit by Manfred Boberg. Vilgot Göransson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hannes Liljeström's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. Rolf Bank recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Långviksmon had won after a very even match.
