Gordons FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Harry Johnsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 78th minute Harry Johnsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Ekelund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Joachim Tidéksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tommy Ekelund didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Harry Johnsson went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Tommy Ekelund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harry Johnsson in the 94th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart.
