After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Ted Gråberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Skogstorp's supporters rose to their feet, but Ted Gråberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomas Hökkvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 11th minute, Gilbert Karlsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Arboninho FC's Kristoffer Moberg got a free kick in the 12th minute. Gilbert Karlsson struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Tomas Hökkvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Skogstorp. After 17 minutes, Gilbert Karlsson made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Arboninho FC's Tomas Hökkvist tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Ted Gråberg came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Skogstorp fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ted Gråberg couldn't finish the play. Gilbert Karlsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomas Hökkvist having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Christer Björkdahl stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tomas Hökkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ted Gråberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Skogstorp's Pontus Lövskog was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tomas Hökkvist in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Sven-Olof Kjellberg's late challenge caught a Skogstorp's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sven-Olof Kjellberg helped the player get up and apologised. Sven-Olof Kjellberg hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. An unexpected shot in the 66th minute by Gilbert Karlsson got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 70th minute, Skogstorp's Gilbert Karlsson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. When Ted Gråberg came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Skogstorp fans jumped to their feet. Gilbert Karlsson in the 77thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tomas Hökkvist, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 78 minutes into the game, Kristoffer Moberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arboninho FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Skogstorp the free kick. Ted Gråberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomas Hökkvist having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Arboninho FC's zone, Ted Gråberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomas Hökkvist came out of the goal and Ted Gråberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ted Gråberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tomas Hökkvist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Skogstorp left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Arboninho FC.
