The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Daniel Spetz struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Game of Throws's goalkeeper Hubert Lundström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Wictor Helander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Wictor Helander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Spetz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Hubert Lundström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wictor Helander might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hubert Lundström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wictor Helander ran back to his position shaking his head. Wictor Helander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hubert Lundström having to interfere. The Riksgränsen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Game of Throws's defense didn't have a chance, in the 38th minute, when Daniel Spetz scored to the left of an out of position Hubert Lundström, making the score, 2-0. Daniel Spetz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wictor Helander was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wictor Helander in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hubert Lundström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Riksgränsen's Daniel Spetz got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Riksgränsen's Wictor Helander got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Daniel Spetz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hubert Lundström having to interfere. After 65 played minutes, Game of Throws's Klas Alén shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Johannes Hermansson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Game of Throws reached it. Urban Hägert scored 3-0 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hubert Lundström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hubert Lundström came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Riksgränsen's Urban Hägert. But to his dismay, Urban Hägert quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. If Daniel Spetz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th minute, Olle Malmgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 89th minute of the game Erik Bergqvist made a throw-in which Ove Dusett played forward. When Bengt-Åke Albohm fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Game of Throws's protests and gave Bengt-Åke Albohm a yellow card for diving instead. In the 92nd minute, Bengt-Åke Albohm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urban Hägert in the 94th minute of play forced Game of Throws's goalkeeper Hubert Lundström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Riksgränsen had played much better football throughout.
