Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hans Fagerberg started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Bällsta FC's Hans Fagerberg got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Bengt Runeberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rasmus Blomberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hans Fagerberg in the 12th minute of play forced Syrianska FC's goalkeeper Åke Kellman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Syrianska FC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Nils-Emil Eklund hit a great ball. In the 15th minute, Kåre Gunnarsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Kåre Gunnarsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Syrianska FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Kåre Gunnarsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rasmus Blomberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hubert Salqvist struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Rasmus Blomberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Syrianska FC. Hubert Salqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Bällsta FC's Calle Larsson got a free kick in the 26th minute. Bengt Runeberg struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Rasmus Blomberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Syrianska FC. After a defensive mix-up in Bällsta FC's zone, Hubert Salqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rasmus Blomberg came out of the goal and Hubert Salqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bällsta FC's Rasmus Blomberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hubert Salqvist in the 34th minute of play. When Elof Pedersson came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Syrianska FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elof Pedersson couldn't finish the play. Kåre Gunnarsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rasmus Blomberg having to interfere. Bengt Runeberg struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Rasmus Blomberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Syrianska FC. Kåre Gunnarsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rasmus Blomberg having to interfere. Rasmus Blomberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bengt Runeberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 46th minute, Sune Sundberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Åke Kellman was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1.

The wind increased when Bengt Runeberg made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Bällsta FC defense, Hubert Salqvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rasmus Blomberg. The Bällsta FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rasmus Blomberg should have stopped the shot. In the 55th minute of the match Jim Björklund sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rasmus Blomberg skillfully saved the ball. In the 64th minute, Sten Hermansson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Syrianska FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. After 69 minutes of play, Syrianska FC's Hubert Salqvist made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rasmus Blomberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Petter Hultman hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Kåre Gunnarsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nils-Emil Eklund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Syrianska FC's Hubert Salqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Elof Pedersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Syrianska FC had played much better football throughout.
