John Jernberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kenny Österberg in the 23rd minute of play. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ultra.MkII's goalkeeper Folke Siöberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kenny Österberg struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. John Jernberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ultra.MkII. A collision led to Ultra.MkII getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Henry Pil hit a great ball. 33 minutes into the match, Ultra.MkII's goalkeeper Folke Siöberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Urban Nordlander. The supporters of Landeryd booed when Ultra.MkII was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henry Hellström didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 40 minutes, Melker Winström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ultra.MkII and the Landeryd players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 40th minute, Melker Winström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Håkan Alebeck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Henrik Abelsson got free with John Jernberg in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Landeryd's John Jernberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Landeryd from getting a goal against them. Landeryd's Urban Nordlander got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ultra.MkII's Folke Siöberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Håkan Alebeck in the 64th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Henrik Abelsson in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg John Jernberg saved Landeryd from getting behind. Henrik Abelsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without John Jernberg having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michael Ahlbeck in the 74th minute of play forced Ultra.MkII's goalkeeper Folke Siöberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute, Henrik Abelsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. John Jernberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kenny Österberg in the 81st minute of play. After some careless play in the Ultra.MkII defense, Urban Nordlander kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Folke Siöberg. The Ultra.MkII fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Folke Siöberg should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Ultra.MkII booed when Landeryd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stig Bergren didn't get a good kick on the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ultra.MkII players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Landeryd.
