Spectators: 7367 (Terracing: 5526, Seating: 1694, VIP seats: 147) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Lars Hermansson made the kick off which started today's match. Paul Kilberg scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonatan Backlund, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bertil Sjöberg made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when David Nilsson sent off a good shot on target. Lars Hermanssons short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Bertil Sjöberg to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. David Nilsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Bertil Sjöberg made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Knut Bengtsson in the 14th minute of play forced Lima FC's goalkeeper Bertil Sjöberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute Paul Kilberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonatan Backlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bertil Sjöberg came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Remne IK's David Nilsson. But to his dismay, David Nilsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. David Nilsson's late challenge caught a Lima FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. David Nilsson helped the player get up and apologised. In the 23rd minute, David Nilsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. David Nilsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Bertil Sjöberg made a huge save. Paul Kilberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Jonatan Backlund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Remne IK getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Rudolf Bergman hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paul Kilberg in the 32nd minute of play forced Remne IK's goalkeeper Jonatan Backlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Lima FC's goalkeeper Bertil Sjöberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lars Hermansson. Jonatan Backlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stellan Fernkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If David Nilsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute of the match, Karl-Erik Hellström tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bertil Sjöberg saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Bertil Sjöberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Knut Bengtsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When Remne IK's Lars Hermansson in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lima FC's goalie prevented a goal. Bertil Sjöberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Knut Bengtsson in the 56th minute of the match. In the 58th minute, Kaj Hake hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Knut Bengtsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Remne IK booed when Lima FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kaj Hake didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bertil Sjöberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zebastian Salkvist in the 66th minute of play. After 69 minutes of play, Remne IK's Per Lindholm made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bertil Sjöberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 73rd minute, David Nilsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bertil Sjöberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paul Kilberg in the 78th minute of play forced Remne IK's goalkeeper Jonatan Backlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonatan Backlund made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Stellan Fernkvist sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Knut Bengtsson in the 83rd minute of play forced Lima FC's goalkeeper Bertil Sjöberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th minute Paul Kilberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonatan Backlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Nilsson in the 89th minute of play forced Lima FC's goalkeeper Bertil Sjöberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Lima FC's Bo Mattsson got a free kick in the 91st minute. After recieving a nice pass, Remne IK's Lars Sundström tried to score from far away in the 92nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Jonatan Backlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paul Kilberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
