Valdemar Bergstedt was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 53 minutes into the match. The supporters of Remne IK booed when Holsljunga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christopher Nord didn't get a good kick on the ball. The tension between the Holsljunga and the Remne IK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 69 played minutes Holsljunga got a freekick which was hit by Sven Björnberg. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lars Hermansson in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Viggo Joensson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Remne IK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lars Sundström in the 72nd minute. Viggo Joensson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Knut Bengtsson in the 75th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Remne IK defense, Pål Groth kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonatan Backlund. The Remne IK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonatan Backlund should have stopped the shot. Sven Bern received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Viggo Joensson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Pål Groth took a quick shot and it went in 5-2 without a chance for Jonatan Backlund to make any attempt to save it. Christopher Nord's late challenge caught a Remne IK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Christopher Nord helped the player get up and apologised. In the 96th minute, Christopher Nord hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A sloppy throw-in by Alf Hellkvist in the 98th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Remne IK's Zebastian Salkvist.
