Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Karl-Ove Månsson during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Enviken booed when Manchester United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Ove Månsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Enviken's Nils Engman in 5 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Tobias Fredriksson guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. In the 7th minute, Manchester United's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Kennet Lustig fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 9 minutes, Magnus Säv mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Manchester United and the Enviken players grew even worse after the yellow card. Kennet Lustig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kennet Lustig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tobias Fredriksson having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Karl-Ove Månsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 36th minute, Nils Engman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 41st minute by Kennet Lustig got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Alfons Granström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nils Engman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kennet Lustig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tobias Fredriksson having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kennet Lustig in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tobias Fredriksson saved Manchester United from getting behind. Kennet Lustig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nils Engman in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tobias Fredriksson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Karl-Ove Månsson kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Nils Engman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 65thth minute of the game Nils Engman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Manchester United's Tobias Fredriksson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 69 minutes into the game, Erik Gallin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Manchester United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Enviken the free kick. A collision led to Manchester United getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Erik Gallin hit a great ball. Enviken's Kennet Lustig got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 79th minute, Alfons Granström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Manchester United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Tobias Fredriksson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nils Engman, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Although Enviken had been in control for most of the match, Manchester United still came away with the win.
