Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jörgen Kalfhage could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Maximilian Målare made a huge save. Maximilian Målare stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jörgen Kalfhage's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Maximilian Målare showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jörgen Kalfhage in the 13th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, Rostbrödets IK's Jörgen Kalfhage sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maximilian Målare narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rostbrödets IK's Per-Åke Vallman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viktor Abelsson in the 24th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Joakim Engström kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Maximilian Målare. That made the score 1-0 in the 28 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jörgen Kalfhage in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maximilian Målare saved Malmö Sharks from getting behind. If Jörgen Alén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mårten Ahlfors was the one to do the kick off. Per-Åke Vallman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mårten Ahlfors in the 56th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Viktor Abelsson could shoot a difficult shot in the 62nd minute, which Per-Åke Vallman however easily saved by the left post. Jörgen Kalfhage scored 2-0 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maximilian Målare, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 76th minute of the match Christopher Hammarbäck shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Maximilian Målare showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Rostbrödets IK defense, Viktor Abelsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Per-Åke Vallman. The Rostbrödets IK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Per-Åke Vallman should have stopped the shot. When Joakim Engström fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rostbrödets IK's protests and gave Joakim Engström a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Rostbrödets IK getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Joakim Engström hit a great ball. Gustaf Wickander could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Per-Åke Vallman made a huge save. Maximilian Målare took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jörgen Alén, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Rostbrödets IK fans' excitement grew in the 95th match minute when Rostbrödets IK's Jörgen Kalfhage looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the referee ended the match the Rostbrödets IK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
