Spectators: 7256 (Terracing: 5443, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 144) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Edwin Engström got the match started through his kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Spiderpigs's zone, Edwin Engström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hubert Lenberg came out of the goal and Edwin Engström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jimmie Forsell could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Lucas Gråberg made a huge save. A collision led to Spiderpigs getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Knut Arenstedt hit a great ball. After 16 played minutes Kolsva SuperStars got a freekick which was hit by Kim Hagberg. 19 minutes into the match, Kolsva SuperStars's goal looked a bit too open when Knut Arenstedt came free, but Lucas Gråberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edwin Engström might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hubert Lenberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edwin Engström ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 28th minute, Kolsva SuperStars's Isak Sigfridsson seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Isak Sigfridsson the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Kolsva SuperStars protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Isak Sigfridsson had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Isak Sigfridsson kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. When Karl-Magnus Ivarsson came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Spiderpigs fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karl-Magnus Ivarsson couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Kim Hagberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kolsva SuperStars's supporters rose to their feet, but Kim Hagberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hubert Lenberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 34th minute, Arne Johansson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 35 minutes, Jimmie Forsell mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Spiderpigs and the Kolsva SuperStars players grew even worse after the yellow card. Kolsva SuperStars were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after Spiderpigs's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Arne Johansson took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Spiderpigs's goalie and right to Sven-Ove Dahlquist. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Spiderpigs's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Arne Johansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hubert Lenberg having to interfere. 45 minutes into the game, Jan Östensson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Spiderpigs's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kolsva SuperStars the free kick. The supporters of Kolsva SuperStars booed when Spiderpigs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan Östensson didn't get a good kick on the ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Kolsva SuperStars's Allan Svensson was substituted for Birger Mellbad. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Björn Ekberg made a kick off. Allan Svensson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Kolsva SuperStars booed when Spiderpigs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jimmie Forsell didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leif Bäcklin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kolsva SuperStars made a substitution. Ingmar Busk replaced Edwin Engström. Joakim Alströmer hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Kolsva SuperStars players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
