After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Axel Hellgren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alvhem BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Axel Hellgren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aaron Lindberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 20th minute, Axel Hellgren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Börge Adelsköld made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herman Gunnarsson in the 22nd minute of play. In the 22nd match minute, Alvhem BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hans Brun to maneuver through the defense. Herman Gunnarsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alvhem BF's Börge Adelsköld played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Måns Skytt in the 33rd minute of play. Måns Skytt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Börge Adelsköld having to interfere. A collision led to Alvhem BF getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Hans Brun hit a great ball. Herman Gunnarsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Börge Adelsköld having to interfere. Alvhem BF's Ian Billvall got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

After a defensive mix-up in Timrå RK's zone, Fritz Sörman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aaron Lindberg came out of the goal and Fritz Sörman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ian Billvall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Aaron Lindberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Måns Skytt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute.
