Spectators: 7263 (Terracing: 5449, Seating: 1670, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Conny Kellman kicked off to start the match. Tomas Stenberg charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tomas Stenberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 5 played minutes Utansjö IK got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Stenberg. Rudolf Ekström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Jonatan Kock tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Hannes Lindgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Conny Kellman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Utansjö IK's supporters rose to their feet, but Conny Kellman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Per Rolfsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 20 minutes, Björn Arvidsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Granbergsdal and the Utansjö IK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Björn Arvidsson kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After 22 played minutes, Utansjö IK's Leonardo Dalkvist shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Per Rolfsson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Utansjö IK reached it. If Conny Kellman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Conny Kellman in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Per Rolfsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 42 minutes into the match, Utansjö IK's Karl-Ove Kvarnström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Per Rolfsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Utansjö IK's goalkeeper Jonatan Kock, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Conny Kellman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Per Rolfsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Niklas Hedkvist to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Rudolf Ekström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Niklas Hedkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 59th minute, Rudolf Ekström fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jonatan Kock, passed just outside the right post. The supporters of Granbergsdal booed when Utansjö IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Stenberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71st minute Niklas Hedkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonatan Kock saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in Granbergsdal fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 75th minute. Penalty! In the 76th minute there was a penalty for Utansjö IK. Leonardo Dalkvist stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Per Rolfsson. 1-0. Utansjö IK's Jonatan Kock played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niklas Hedkvist in the 80th minute of play. Jonatan Kock came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Granbergsdal's Rudolf Ekström. But to his dismay, Rudolf Ekström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Conny Kellman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Conny Kellman came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Utansjö IK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Conny Kellman couldn't finish the play.
