Jan-Ove Kellman took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Petter Salqvist. Petter Salqvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 11 minutes, Paul Bodin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Replacements and the Ballingslöv players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 11 played minutes Replacements got a freekick which was hit by Paul Bodin. Petter Salqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan-Ove Kellman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roy Östman hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. When Paul Bodin came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Replacements fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paul Bodin couldn't finish the play. In the 25th minute, Roy Östman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 33rd minute Roy Östman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petter Salqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Tim Östman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jan-Ove Kellman in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Petter Salqvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jan-Ove Kellman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Petter Salqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Roy Östman came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Ballingslöv fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roy Östman couldn't finish the play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jan-Ove Kellman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Jan-Ove Kellman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute of the match Joacim Lundin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Petter Salqvist skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, Replacements's Tim Östman got a free kick in the 63rd minute. After 66 minutes Replacements's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Robert Fanström who took care of the corner kick. Jan-Ove Kellman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Jan-Ove Kellman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Per Fagerberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 79 minutes into the match, Roy Östman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Petter Salqvist. Replacements's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roy Östman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Petter Salqvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jan-Ove Kellman's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. Michael Ingvall kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Erland Moberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Petter Salqvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Erland Moberg ran back to his position shaking his head. Petter Salqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan-Ove Kellman in the 91st minute of the match. Jan-Ove Kellman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petter Salqvist having to interfere. Roy Östman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Petter Salqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ballingslöv played a much better game than Replacements and deserved their victory. The Replacements players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
