Lennart Eklund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lennart Eklund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Andy Käller tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 22 played minutes Andy Ekelund could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 1-0 into the left cross. Andy Käller made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lennart Eklund in the 25th minute. When Vincent Ferm fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored REAL MADRID's protests and gave Vincent Ferm a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to REAL MADRID getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Vincent Ferm hit a great ball. With an all-out effort, Bottnaryd BF's Andy Käller threw himself towards the right post 32 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Andy Ekelund, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Viktor Torstensson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jörgen Siöberg having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erling Dalman in the 36th minute of play forced Bottnaryd BF's goalkeeper Jörgen Siöberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lennart Eklund could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Andy Käller made a huge save. Bottnaryd BF's Per-Åke Brummer pulled a muscle in his leg after 40 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Jonatan Arvidsson charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jonatan Arvidsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to REAL MADRID getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Jonatan Arvidsson hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lennart Eklund made a kick off. Erling Dalman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jörgen Siöberg having to make a save. After having played for 56 minutes, Erling Dalman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. REAL MADRID's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erling Dalman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mikael Giliusson's late challenge caught a REAL MADRID's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mikael Giliusson helped the player get up and apologised. In the 59th minute, Mikael Giliusson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 61 minutes into the match, Viktor Torstensson notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Bottnaryd BF's Jörgen Siöberg. Jörgen Siöberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Viktor Torstensson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erling Dalman's late challenge caught a Bottnaryd BF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erling Dalman helped the player get up and apologised. When Lennart Eklund came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Bottnaryd BF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lennart Eklund couldn't finish the play. Viktor Torstensson struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Jörgen Siöberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for REAL MADRID. Bottnaryd BF's Jörgen Siöberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Bottnaryd BF from getting a goal against them. Andy Käller made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lennart Eklund in the 76th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Bottnaryd BF's Nicklas Glanselius got a free kick in the 79th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Bottnaryd BF's goalkeeper Jörgen Siöberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erling Dalman. Jörgen Siöberg came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by REAL MADRID's Viktor Torstensson. But to his dismay, Viktor Torstensson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Viktor Torstensson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Lennart Eklund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bottnaryd BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Lennart Eklund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andy Käller breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
