Karl-Åke Ahlroht breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nordkoster's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christopher Blom was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. One of Åsljunga BK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Nordkoster:s goal. The referee gave Nordkoster a penalty, 70 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Christopher Blom, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Åsljunga BK's Andreas Lindgren. 2-0. Vidar Käcker hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 76th match minute, Nordkoster was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vidar Lindsten to maneuver through the defense. When Knut Gernberg came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Åsljunga BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Knut Gernberg couldn't finish the play.
