But to his dismay, Jim Engström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jim Engström made a kick off. Jim Engström scored 1-3 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Karl-Åke Ahlroht, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kåge's Emanuel Eriksson managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Wictor Bergqvist in the 69 minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Esbjörn Fransson got free with Karl-Åke Ahlroht in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 76 played minutes Kåge got a freekick which was hit by Viktor Västlund. Tord Alrot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christopher Blom in the 77th minute of the match. In the 80th minute of the match Christopher Blom shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tord Alrot showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jim Engström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Karl-Åke Ahlroht made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, David Asmundsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nordkoster's supporters rose to their feet, but David Asmundsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tord Alrot breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Nordkoster booed when Kåge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jim Engström didn't get a good kick on the ball.
