Spectators: 6304 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1300, VIP seats: 4) After 2 minutes, Einar Snäll mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gunnersaurus FC and the Burrans Barrare players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Burrans Barrare booed when Gunnersaurus FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Einar Snäll didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Burrans Barrare getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Arvid Lööf hit a great ball. Ove Bergstedt, 9 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 11 minutes into the game, Rikard Svensson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gunnersaurus FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Burrans Barrare the free kick. Alexander Sefastsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Simon Sandberg in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Helge Vallengren saved Gunnersaurus FC from getting behind. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Simon Sandberg sped through Gunnersaurus FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Helge Vallengren. Alexander Sefastsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Helge Vallengren having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Sandberg in the 27th minute of play forced Gunnersaurus FC's goalkeeper Helge Vallengren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jens-Ola Brun charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jens-Ola Brun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 33rd match minute, Burrans Barrare was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jens-Ola Brun to maneuver through the defense. Johan Majman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 37 minutes, Alexander Sefastsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Burrans Barrare's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexander Sefastsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Simon Sandberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Burrans Barrare's supporters rose to their feet, but Simon Sandberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Helge Vallengren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alexander Sefastsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Simon Sandberg's late challenge caught a Gunnersaurus FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Simon Sandberg helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Burrans Barrare getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Simon Sandberg hit a great ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Henrik Rudkvist made a kick off. Ove Bergstedt kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Helge Vallengren didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 58th minute, which inside left pole to 0-3. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alexander Sefastsson in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Helge Vallengren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mats Holm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johan Majman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Johan Majman came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Gunnersaurus FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Johan Majman couldn't finish the play. In the 78th minute Johan Majman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mats Holm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mats Holm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henrik Rudkvist in the 80th minute of the match. In the 83rd minute, Henrik Rudkvist ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mats Holm was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Gunnersaurus FC's Helge Vallengren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexander Sefastsson in the 86th minute of play. Helge Vallengren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Simon Sandberg in the 87th minute. Burrans Barrare's Simon Sandberg got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Johan Majman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mats Holm having to make a save. Burrans Barrare's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
