Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eric Björling to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Ljusdal's Johannes Söderlund sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joel Palo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eric Björling in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Björn Siöman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match was over Alfahannarna FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ljusdal throughout the match.
