Mattias Qvalfeldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Joel Karlberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mattias Qvalfeldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Påryd getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Olov Giöck hit a great ball. Joel Karlberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mattias Qvalfeldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Per-Arne Lindberg charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Per-Arne Lindberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 14th minute, Per-Arne Lindberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tommy Lövgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Joel Karlberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. During the 19th minute of the match Per-Arne Lindberg completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Per-Arne Lindberg a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 20th minute, Per-Arne Lindberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21stth minute of the game Mattias Qvalfeldt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ekshärad FK's Joel Karlberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tommy Lövgren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joel Karlberg having to make a save. In the 26th minute, Vilhelm Giöck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mattias Qvalfeldt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tommy Lövgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Joel Karlberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joel Karlberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mattias Qvalfeldt in the 38th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Påryd's Olov Giöck got a free kick in the 41st minute. Kent Mårtensson's late challenge caught a Ekshärad FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kent Mårtensson helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Ekshärad FK booed when Påryd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kent Mårtensson didn't get a good kick on the ball. 44 minutes into the match, Ekshärad FK's Jonatan Eklund broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mattias Qvalfeldt was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Mattias Qvalfeldt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joel Karlberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The supporters of Ekshärad FK booed when Påryd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johannes Bergström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Johannes Granberg kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. If Tommy Lövgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 69 minutes into the match, Ekshärad FK's goal looked a bit too open when Tommy Lövgren came free, but Joel Karlberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nils-Åke Lindström's late challenge caught a Påryd's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nils-Åke Lindström helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Ekshärad FK's Nils-Åke Lindström got a free kick in the 70th minute. Ekshärad FK's Joel Karlberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mattias Qvalfeldt in the 71st minute of play. In the 73rd minute Mattias Qvalfeldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Karlberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nils-Åke Lindström kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Påryd's attack was well implemented in the 79th minute, but when Tommy Lövgren was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Mattias Qvalfeldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Joel Karlberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 84 minutes into the game, Mattias Qvalfeldt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Joel Karlberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tommy Lövgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Tommy Lövgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Påryd's Mattias Qvalfeldt got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Mattias Qvalfeldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Påryd players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
