Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Bloom FC's Börje Nordlander started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Gustaf Bäcklin fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bloom FC's protests and gave Gustaf Bäcklin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 2nd minute, one of Bloom FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bloom FC. Mattias Qvalfeldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Nils-Åke Flinck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 11th minute, Påryd's Mattias Qvalfeldt dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Tommy Lövgren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Nils-Åke Flinck made a huge save. 18 minutes into the match, Mattias Qvalfeldt notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Bloom FC's Nils-Åke Flinck. Nils-Åke Flinck was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Ragnar Ryberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Börje Nordlander struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Sven-Oskar Säfström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bloom FC. The crowd rose to their feet as Mattias Qvalfeldt kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nils-Åke Flinck. That made the score 4-0 in the 24 minute of play. In the 29th minute, Bloom FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Mattias Qvalfeldt fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Ragnar Ryberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 33rd minute, one of Påryd:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Påryd. In the 35th minute there was a penalty for Bloom FC. Kaj Holmberg stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Sven-Oskar Säfström. 4-1. If Ragnar Ryberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mattias Qvalfeldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Verner Björklund kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. In the 42ndth minute of the game Mattias Qvalfeldt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bloom FC's Nils-Åke Flinck was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 43 played minutes Bloom FC got a freekick which was hit by Verner Björklund. A hard shot 46 in the game by Tommy Lövgren from a close distance when the talented Nils-Åke Flinck managed to make a qualified save. Bloom FC's players were relieved. After 47 played minutes Påryd got a freekick which was hit by Karl-Michael Brolin. Börje Nordlander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Oskar Säfström having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mattias Qvalfeldt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Tommy Lövgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 59 minutes into the match, Börje Nordlander had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sven-Oskar Säfström. Påryd's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Börje Nordlander was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Thor Sundin during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 64th match minute, Påryd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thor Sundin to maneuver through the defense. In the 81st minute, Tommy Lövgren made a precise shot to the right of Nils-Åke Flinck. Bloom FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-3. After 84 played minutes Påryd got a freekick which was hit by Mattias Qvalfeldt. Sven-Oskar Säfström came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Bloom FC's Börje Nordlander. But to his dismay, Börje Nordlander quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-4. Ragnar Ryberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Oskar Säfström having to interfere. Ragnar Rybergs short, quick shot in the 90thth minute got Sven-Oskar Säfström to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Nils-Åke Flinck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tommy Lövgren in the 93rd minute of play. Ragnar Ryberg did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 5-5 to the left of a surprised Sven-Oskar Säfström 96 minutes into the match. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
