Spectators: 6681 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Patric Hök started the match with the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Patric Hök managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tvärred IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Patric Hök was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ernst Skoglund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 21st minute Nils-Emil Jakobsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marc Vennerkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 22 minutes, Alexander Lundqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Heroes of the Storm's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexander Lundqvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexander Lundqvist in the 39th minute of play forced Tvärred IF's goalkeeper Marc Vennerkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nils-Emil Jakobsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alexander Lundqvist was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Tvärred IF's zone, Alexander Lundqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marc Vennerkvist came out of the goal and Alexander Lundqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alexander Lundqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Marc Vennerkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Heroes of the Storm were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after Tvärred IF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marc Igelström took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Torbjörn Askberg got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marc Vennerkvist quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Nils-Emil Jakobsson succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 61st playminute. Marc Vennerkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexander Lundqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Frank Överman fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tvärred IF's protests and gave Frank Överman a yellow card for diving instead. In the 72nd match minute, Tvärred IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frank Överman to maneuver through the defense. Alexander Lundqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Nils-Emil Jakobsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexander Lundqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marc Vennerkvist having to interfere. Marc Vennerkvist made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Nils-Emil Jakobsson sent off a good shot on target. Alexander Lundqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Nils-Emil Jakobsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Alexander Lundqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
