Daniel Spets showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingvar Danielsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 71st minute, Michael Wallin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kristian Knutsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After having played for 74 minutes, Michael Wallin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Linderöd IFK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Michael Wallin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 81 minutes into the match, Linderöd IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Magnus Jonsson came free, but Daniel Spets reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gårdsjö IFK's Magnus Jonsson got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers David Gregersson in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kristian Knutsson saved Gårdsjö IFK from getting behind. In the 91st match minute, Linderöd IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Greger Lindqvist to maneuver through the defense. Kjell Löfskog could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Daniel Spets made a huge save. Linderöd IFK were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
