After a defensive mix-up in FC yalda's zone, John Malmgren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Boris Bollström came out of the goal and John Malmgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 28 minutes into the match, FC yalda's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Axel Bruse came free, but Boris Bollström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, FC yalda's goalkeeper Boris Bollström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karl-Axel Bruse. After 51 played minutes Örgryte IS got a freekick which was hit by Birger Bogren. Martin Brandin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Örgryte IS getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Marcus Kruse hit a great ball. 58 minutes into the match, Örgryte IS's goal looked a bit too open when Fredrik Larsson came free, but Harald Eklund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90thth minute of the game Fredrik Larsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Örgryte IS's Harald Eklund was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 91st minute, Karl-Axel Bruse ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Boris Bollström was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Harald Eklund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Helander in the 95th minute of the match.
