The supporters of Röbäck booed when Konga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Josef Gustavsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Konga's goalkeeper Reine Sundström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 95 minutes into the match, Konga's goal looked a bit too open when Bengt Wallgren came free, but Reine Sundström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reine Sundström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bengt Wallgren went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
