Maximilian Söderberg came out of the goal and Edvard Sundling tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC McGinnians's Yngve Nordin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johnny Håkansson in the 16th minute of play. Jon Åkesson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 18thth minute, Yngve Nordin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After having played for 19 minutes, Arvid Botvidsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC McGinnians's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arvid Botvidsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 21 played minutes FC McGinnians got a freekick which was hit by Edvard Sundling. 23 minutes into the match, FC McGinnians's goalkeeper Yngve Nordin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jon Åkesson. Edvard Sundling sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC McGinnians's Yngve Nordin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save FC McGinnians from getting a goal against them. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lukas IF's goalkeeper Maximilian Söderberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Holger Bruse hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. FC McGinnians's Yngve Nordin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save FC McGinnians from getting a goal against them. 30 minutes into the game, Jon Åkesson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Yngve Nordin. Jon Åkesson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Jon Åkesson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Yngve Nordin made a huge save. Nurkan Cangiray fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximilian Söderberg having to interfere. Arvid Botvidsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Maximilian Söderberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Edvard Sundling notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Lukas IF's Maximilian Söderberg. Maximilian Söderberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bo-Erik Möller recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Calle Karlberg kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. FC McGinnians's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
