Team Maltträsk's Erland Sjögren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan-Erik Göransson in the 8th minute of play. In the 11th match minute, Team Maltträsk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johannes Mogren to maneuver through the defense. Oscar Qvalfeldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fors's Johan Söderberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robin Nordstedt in the 28th minute of play. After 33 played minutes Team Maltträsk got a freekick which was hit by Johannes Mogren. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Team Maltträsk's goalkeeper Erland Sjögren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 42 minutes into the match, Adrian Stenkvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erland Sjögren. Team Maltträsk's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adrian Stenkvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Robin Nordstedt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Fors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rune Helberg to maneuver through the defense. If Adrian Stenkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jan-Erik Göransson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Erland Sjögren having to make a save. Robin Nordstedt was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 60th minute. Team Maltträsk's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Fors's Jakob Drake pulled a muscle in his leg after 63 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Harry Kvarnström's late challenge caught a Fors's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Harry Kvarnström helped the player get up and apologised. In the 64th match minute, Team Maltträsk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harry Kvarnström to maneuver through the defense. When Team Maltträsk's Robin Nordstedt in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With an all-out effort, Team Maltträsk's Johan Söderberg threw himself towards the right post 87 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Robin Nordstedt, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Johan Söderberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robin Nordstedt in the 92nd minute of play. With a little luck, Fors's Johan Söderberg got control of the ball when Oscar Qvalfeldt tried to sneak it across the goal line. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
