Melker Forsman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Johan Söderberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Adrian Stenkvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jan-Erik Göransson might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Patrik Joensson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jan-Erik Göransson ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 21st minute, Jan-Erik Göransson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fors fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 26th minute Emanuel Söder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johan Söderberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Emanuel Söder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Johan Söderberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Söder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Melker Forsman came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Dark Star fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Melker Forsman couldn't finish the play. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fors's goalkeeper Johan Söderberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emanuel Söder stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Fors's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Söder came free, but Johan Söderberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Melker Forsman came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Dark Star fans jumped to their feet. In the 61st minute, one of Fors:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Fors. Johan Söderberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emanuel Söder went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of Fors booed when Dark Star was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edwin Helberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 85 played minutes Dark Star got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Eskilsson. Jan-Erik Göransson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Patrik Joensson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan-Erik Göransson in the 94th minute of the match. Fors's Johan Söderberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Söder in the 96th minute of play. Emanuel Söder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dark Star walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
