Christer Broberg kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Egil Eklund in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marc Hydén prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 8th match minute, FC St Rizzia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hans Stenman to maneuver through the defense. 13 minutes into the game, Järnafjärden IK's Egil Eklund nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marc Hydén made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. FC St Rizzia's Marc Hydén played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Malcolm Klack in the 16th minute of play. Marc Hydén didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Egil Eklund went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 31 minutes into the match, FC St Rizzia's goal looked a bit too open when Egil Eklund came free, but Marc Hydén reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st match minute, FC St Rizzia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hans Stenman to maneuver through the defense. If Egil Eklund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Egil Eklund was the one to do the kick off. Egil Eklund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marc Hydén having to interfere. Egil Eklund blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marc Hydén having to make a save. Egil Eklund's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marc Hydén read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Marc Hydén was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marc Hydén yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. Egil Eklund's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marc Hydén read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. Malcolm Klack fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marc Hydén having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in FC St Rizzia's zone, Malcolm Klack stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marc Hydén came out of the goal and Malcolm Klack tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC St Rizzia's Marc Hydén played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Egil Eklund in the 92nd minute of play. Karl-Johan Lind's late challenge caught a Järnafjärden IK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Karl-Johan Lind helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to FC St Rizzia getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Karl-Johan Lind hit a great ball. Malcolm Klack could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Marc Hydén made a huge save. When the match was over Järnafjärden IK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC St Rizzia throughout the match.
