Kristoffer Vennerlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jörgen Hansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Kristoffer Vennerlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Majman in the 40th minute of the match. Kristoffer Vennerlund was out of position in the 41 minute of play, and Jörgen Hansson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The supporters of IFK Champione booed when Ersmark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Göran Ahlström didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 66th minute Ivan Majman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristoffer Vennerlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kristoffer Vennerlund dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. IFK Champione had played much better football throughout.
