Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Braås BF's Ernst Eskilsson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dick Vallengren kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. In the 4th minute, Mats Termander sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Braås BF's Jonatan Östman didn't even have to move. Jonatan Östman came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Undenäs's Yngve Bergman. But to his dismay, Yngve Bergman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 8th match minute, Braås BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bengt Ahlqvist to maneuver through the defense. Braås BF's Jonatan Östman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yngve Bergman in the 9th minute of play. Ernst Eskilsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gunnar Åström struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Gunnar Ljungberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Braås BF. Yngve Bergman struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Jonatan Östman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Undenäs. Gunnar Åström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Gunnar Ljungberg made a huge save. Undenäs's defense didn't have a chance, in the 27th minute, when Ernst Eskilsson scored to the left of an out of position Gunnar Ljungberg, making the score, 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in Undenäs's zone, Ernst Eskilsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gunnar Ljungberg came out of the goal and Ernst Eskilsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gunnar Åström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Dick Vallengren came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Braås BF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dick Vallengren couldn't finish the play. Undenäs's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ernst Eskilsson 47 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 4-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yngve Bergman made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernst Eskilsson in the 56th minute of play forced Undenäs's goalkeeper Gunnar Ljungberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gunnar Ljungberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernst Eskilsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Jens Carlsson charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jens Carlsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 64th match minute, Braås BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jens Carlsson to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernst Eskilsson in the 66th minute of play forced Undenäs's goalkeeper Gunnar Ljungberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gunnar Åström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Gunnar Ljungberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. Gunnar Ljungberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernst Eskilsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Gunnar Ljungberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gunnar Åström's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. The audience was convinced that Gunnar Åström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gunnar Ljungberg was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. The tension between the Undenäs and the Braås BF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Folke Berg kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Ernst Eskilsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Braås BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Ernst Eskilsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gunnar Ljungberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Undenäs defense, Ernst Eskilsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gunnar Ljungberg. The Undenäs fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gunnar Ljungberg should have stopped the shot. Jonatan Östman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yngve Bergman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Braås BF walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
