Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jens-Ove Uter to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, Jens-Ove Uter got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Folke Skark fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Svartsjö's protests and gave Folke Skark a yellow card for diving instead. Folke Skark kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Sten Lind received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Nils-Emil Lundin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 71st match minute, Svartsjö was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rickard Törnqvist to maneuver through the defense. In the 86th minute Jens-Ove Uter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Axel Glad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Hillerstorp's zone, Sten Lind stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nils-Emil Lundin came out of the goal and Sten Lind tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jörgen Lundin struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Nils-Emil Lundin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Svartsjö. In the 94th minute, Stig-Åke Fransson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
