Spectators: 7154 (Terracing: 5468, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 10) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hällefors's Alfred Kilman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Hällefors from getting a goal against them. In the 6th minute Dag Ström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anton Frykberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot by Inge Jonsson from long distance, 10 minutes into the match, got Alfred Kilman's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Anton Frykberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Josef Joensson in the 19th minute of play. Kristoffer Torsberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Alfred Kilman made a huge save. Alfred Kilman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilbert Berg in the 22nd minute of the match. After 24 played minutes Glenser United got a freekick which was hit by Gilbert Berg. After a rather tough play, Hällefors's Jack Carlsson got a free kick in the 27th minute. Josef Joensson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dag Ström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anton Frykberg having to interfere. In the 38th minute, Kristoffer Torsberg fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Glenser United were awarded a corner in the 43th minute after Hällefors's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sigvard Ek took the corner. If Dag Ström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Josef Joensson made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Glenser United's zone, Dag Ström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anton Frykberg came out of the goal and Dag Ström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 60 minutes into the match, Hällefors's goal looked a bit too open when Kristoffer Torsberg came free, but Alfred Kilman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kristoffer Torsberg in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alfred Kilman saved Hällefors from getting behind. Hällefors's Alfred Kilman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilbert Berg in the 65th minute of play. Gilbert Berg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Josef Joensson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hällefors's supporters rose to their feet, but Josef Joensson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anton Frykberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dag Ström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Anton Frykberg made a huge save. Josef Joensson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Anton Frykberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfred Kilman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kristoffer Torsberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Alfred Kilman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristoffer Torsberg in the 81st minute of the match. If Josef Joensson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
