The Dubbelsnusarna fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Martin Lundberg should have stopped the shot. Dubbelsnusarna's Martin Lundberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edwin Sjödin in the 10th minute of play. Arvin Hedin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Egil Billing in the 14th minute of the match. Arvin Hedin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Egil Billing, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. He walked away shaking his head. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Roy Beneth made the kick off in the second half. When Gunnar Lund fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Viksjöfors FK's protests and gave Gunnar Lund a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpected shot in the 55th minute by Egil Billing got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Manfred Browald kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. If Manfred Browald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Dubbelsnusarna players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
