Michel Fridlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Åke Norberg in the 10th minute of play forced Vallsta IK's goalkeeper Adrian Lund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Verner Hedvall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Fengersfors getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Simon Levander hit a great ball. Adrian Lund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michel Fridlund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot by Albert Stålberg from long distance, 28 minutes into the match, got Leif Ahlroht's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. When Vallsta IK's Verner Hedvall in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fengersfors's goalie prevented a goal. Leif Ahlroht didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Verner Hedvall went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Greger Nilsson kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Verner Hedvall recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Verner Hedvall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Fengersfors getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Karl-Magnus Odeen hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Michel Fridlund to make the kick off. Vidar Tunberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Leif Ahlroht tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Verner Hedvall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leif Ahlroht having to interfere. Vallsta IK's Greger Nilsson got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 62nd minute, Åke Norberg reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Adrian Lund. The goal made the score 3-1. Verner Hedvall might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leif Ahlroht. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Verner Hedvall ran back to his position shaking his head. Leif Ahlroht showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Verner Hedvall, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. 72 minutes into the match, Verner Hedvall had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leif Ahlroht. Fengersfors's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Verner Hedvall was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. In the 76th minute, Verner Hedvall left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vallsta IK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. After 81 minutes, Verner Hedvall made it 6-1 with a short kick to the right side. Fengersfors's Leif Ahlroht tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Adrian Lund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dennis Göransson in the 86th minute. After 88 played minutes Vallsta IK got a freekick which was hit by Greger Nilsson. After 90 played minutes Michel Fridlund rounded Vallsta IK's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 6-2. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Vallsta IK had played much better football throughout.
