The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 9th minute Einar Kruse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tage Åhman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Tärnsjö IF's Börge Björnberg got a free kick in the 11th minute. Tage Åhman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Eron in the 15th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Pedro Eron made a precise shot to the right of Tage Åhman. CaptainCowboys's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. CaptainCowboys's Tage Åhman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Eron in the 19th minute of play. The supporters of Tärnsjö IF booed when CaptainCowboys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jens-Ola Lind didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute, Bartlomiej Zywiec hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tage Åhman came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Tärnsjö IF's Pedro Eron. But to his dismay, Pedro Eron quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After a rather tough play, Tärnsjö IF's Börge Björnberg got a free kick in the 37th minute. Robert Josefsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Calle Asserlindh. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Robert Josefsson ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 48th minute, Pedro Eron left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tärnsjö IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Einar Kruse took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tage Åhman. Tage Åhman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. 60 minutes into the game, Tärnsjö IF's Stig-Arne Cane nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tage Åhman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. Ove Uter kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Nils Granberg took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Tage Åhman to make any attempt to save it. In the 69th minute Ove Uter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Calle Asserlindh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st minute, Jimmie Ahlström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Börge Björnberg succeeded in the game's 75th minute to get real power on a long shot . CaptainCowboys's Tage Åhman hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 0-8! After a rather tough play, CaptainCowboys's Leonardo Ahlroht got a free kick in the 79th minute. When Jens-Ola Lind fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CaptainCowboys's protests and gave Jens-Ola Lind a yellow card for diving instead. Jens-Ola Lind kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 91st minute, Jimmie Ahlström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jens-Ola Lind hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Nils Granberg hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. The CaptainCowboys fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Tärnsjö IF were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
