Tärnsjö IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Eron was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Harald Clementsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tärnsjö IF's Calle Asserlindh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eric Holmgren in the 19th minute of play. Einar Kruse who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 28thth minute tested the skills of Harald Clementsson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After having played for 30 minutes, Einar Kruse managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tärnsjö IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Einar Kruse was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 31 minutes in the game, Pedro Eron fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Harald Clementsson having to interfere. Einar Kruse could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Harald Clementsson made a huge save. Einar Kruse recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Einar Kruse to strike the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, Vitå's goal looked a bit too open when Einar Kruse came free, but Harald Clementsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stig-Arne Cane received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Harald Clementsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 63 minutes, Calle Asserlindh successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Harald Clementsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils Granberg in the 67th minute of play. 4-0 became the score in the 68th minute when Einar Kruse elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Harald Clementsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Eron in the 72nd minute of the match. After having played for 73 minutes, Einar Kruse managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tärnsjö IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Einar Kruse was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Einar Kruse might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Harald Clementsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Einar Kruse ran back to his position shaking his head. Harald Clementsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Einar Kruse in the 78th minute of play. Vitå's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Einar Kruse was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Harald Clementsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Einar Kruse in the 86th minute of play. Stig-Arne Cane struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Harald Clementsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tärnsjö IF. Einar Kruse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Einar Kruse in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Harald Clementsson saved Vitå from getting behind. If Stig-Arne Cane had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tärnsjö IF's attack was well implemented in the 94th minute, but when Einar Kruse was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. When the referee ended the match the Tärnsjö IF players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
