Kalle Classon was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 36 minutes into the game, Torgny Ljungberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bjurholm IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hedenäset the free kick. In the 36th minute, Torgny Ljungberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Douglas Bredberg came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Bjurholm IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Douglas Bredberg couldn't finish the play. Kalle Classon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Douglas Bredberg in the 41st minute of play. 0-4 became the score in the 44th minute when Douglas Bredberg elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Klas Erserman made a kick off. Leif Kalfhage fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan-Ove Tolsson having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Bjurholm IF's Kalle Classon threw himself towards the right post 83 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Benjamin Ödmann, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Douglas Bredberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kalle Classon having to make a save. Kalle Classon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin Ödmann in the 91st minute of play. The Hedenäset fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Bjurholm IF were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
