Spectators: 6678 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1678, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ludvig Sandwall kicked off to start the match. If Ture Grelsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ture Grelsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 7 minutes into the game, Joar Ström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Skagersvik's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Röda koalorna IF the free kick. After 7 played minutes Skagersvik got a freekick which was hit by Joar Ström. Mikael Sandström took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 8th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tom Ståhlberg. Skagersvik's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 9th minute, Ture Grelsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ture Grelsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mattias Lidberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ola Ljungberg in the 16th minute. Ludvig Sandwall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tom Ståhlberg having to interfere. In the 23rd minute, Börje Sjödin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Christer Algren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Mattias Lidberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Christer Algren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 33 minutes, Ture Grelsson made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Skagersvik's Tom Ståhlberg tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ludvig Sandwall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Tom Ståhlberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ture Grelsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tom Ståhlberg having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christer Algren in the 40th minute of play forced Röda koalorna IF's goalkeeper Mattias Lidberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ola Ljungberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Mattias Lidberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Christer Algren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ture Grelsson's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Tom Ståhlberg firmly grabbed it by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ture Grelsson got free with Tom Ståhlberg in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ola Ljungberg struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Mattias Lidberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Skagersvik. After a defensive mix-up in Skagersvik's zone, Ture Grelsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tom Ståhlberg came out of the goal and Ture Grelsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ture Grelsson took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tom Ståhlberg. Tom Ståhlberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After 76th play minutes Ture Grelsson shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Tom Ståhlberg and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 80thth minute of the game Joel Ekman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Skagersvik's Tom Ståhlberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Ludvig Sandwall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 90 minutes into the match, Ture Grelsson notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Skagersvik's Tom Ståhlberg. Tom Ståhlberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ludvig Sandwall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tom Ståhlberg having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Röda koalorna IF had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
