In the 9th minute Hugo Larsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lars Gerdberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th match minute, Mcayen United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Vassenius to maneuver through the defense. In the 32nd minute, Mats Wester ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lars Gerdberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The supporters of Mcayen United booed when Ekshärad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulrik Holmgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 38th match minute, Mcayen United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustav Snell to maneuver through the defense. Vilhelm Wikander took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 40th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lars Gerdberg. Mcayen United's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Roland Blomqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ingmar Skager in the 41st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Ekshärad's Mats Wester got a free kick in the 44th minute. In the 46th minute of the game Kjell Holmberg made a throw-in which Hugo Larsson played forward.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gert Gerdberg to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Mcayen United's Lars Gerdberg got control of the ball when Mats Wester tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Mats Wester kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lars Gerdberg. That made the score 0-2 in the 58 minute of play. If Gert Gerdberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 67th minute, Per-Arne Gadd got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 68th minute, Mats Wester hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vilhelm Wikander made in the 72nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Hugo Larsson immediately put the ball in play. After a rather tough play, Mcayen United's Per-Arne Gadd got a free kick in the 76th minute. When Gert Gerdberg came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Mcayen United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gert Gerdberg couldn't finish the play. Mcayen United's Gert Gerdberg got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 83rd minute, Gert Gerdberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ingmar Skager recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 91st match minute, Ekshärad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulrik Holmgren to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Mcayen United's Lars Gerdberg got control of the ball when Mats Wester tried to sneak it across the goal line.
