Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Hans Gerdberg made the kick off which started today's match. Hans Gerdberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Drottningskärs IF's zone, Bertil Bäcklin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lars Julin came out of the goal and Bertil Bäcklin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 10 minutes, Bertil Bäcklin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tollarp BF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bertil Bäcklin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Tollarp BF's Hans Gerdberg in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Drottningskärs IF's goalie prevented a goal. In the 15th match minute, Drottningskärs IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per-Olof Målare to maneuver through the defense. When Hans Gerdberg came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Tollarp BF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hans Gerdberg couldn't finish the play. 19 minutes into the match, Tollarp BF's goal looked a bit too open when Stig-Ove Wallmark came free, but Lars-Erik Söderman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bertil Bäcklin got free with Lars Julin in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 29th minute, Hans Gerdberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lars Julin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bertil Bäcklin in the 31st minute. Bertil Bäcklin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lars Julin having to interfere. Tollarp BF's Hans Gerdberg got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hans Gerdberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Lars Julin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Bertil Bäcklin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elliot Delin made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hans Gerdberg in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lars Julin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hans Gerdberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Lars Julin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Hans Gerdberg came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Tollarp BF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hans Gerdberg couldn't finish the play. Drottningskärs IF's Lars Julin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertil Bäcklin in the 61st minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Gilbert Kinell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. From close distance Stig-Ove Wallmark pressed in the 0-1 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 65 minutes into the game. Hans Gerdberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lars Julin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bertil Bäcklin in the 80th minute of play. In the 87th minute Elliot Delin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lars-Erik Söderman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lars Julin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bertil Bäcklin, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. If Hans Gerdberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bertil Bäcklin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 95th minute, Gilbert Kinell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 96 played minutes, Tollarp BF's Leif Falkrans shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lars Julin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tollarp BF reached it. After 97 minutes of play, Tollarp BF's Hans Gerdberg made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lars Julin was left in no man's land by his defense there!
