In the 7th match minute, Los Galacticos C.F was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boris Stenman to maneuver through the defense. Adam Njurenius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alf Sundberg having to interfere. When Tony Linberg came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Holmsveden FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tony Linberg couldn't finish the play. Jan-Ove Stålman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustav Levander in the 20th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Holmsveden FK's Per Flink got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Los Galacticos C.F's Börge Nordlander couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Holmsveden FK. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustav Levander in the 26th minute of play forced Holmsveden FK's goalkeeper Jan-Ove Stålman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th match minute, Holmsveden FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timmy Hägg to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 28 minutes, Bernt Falk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Galacticos C.F's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernt Falk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Per Flink took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Alf Sundberg to make any attempt to save it. Arvid Åkesson's late challenge caught a Holmsveden FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arvid Åkesson helped the player get up and apologised. In the 44th minute, Arvid Åkesson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Börge Nordlander kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. Holmsveden FK's Fredric Västlund couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 49th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Los Galacticos C.F. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After having played for 57 minutes, Gustav Levander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Galacticos C.F's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gustav Levander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 64th minute Gustav Levander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Ove Stålman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernt Falk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Holmsveden FK's Jan-Ove Stålman got control of the ball when Bernt Falk tried to sneak it across the goal line. Timmy Hägg charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Timmy Hägg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Holmsveden FK getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Timmy Hägg hit a great ball. In the 82nd match minute, Holmsveden FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per Flink to maneuver through the defense. Los Galacticos C.F's Bernt Falk got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alf Sundberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tony Linberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 96th minute there was a penalty for Los Galacticos C.F. Börge Nordlander stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jan-Ove Stålman. 1-2. When Holmsveden FK's Tony Linberg in the 101st minute got a chance for a shot 101st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Los Galacticos C.F's goalie prevented a goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Los Galacticos C.F eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
